4.申報時一般應(yīng)未全職在國內(nèi)工作;已經(jīng)在國內(nèi)工作的，回國時間應(yīng)在一年內(nèi)。入選“青年千人計劃”后半年內(nèi)可全職來院工作。
5.是所從事科研領(lǐng)域同齡人中的拔尖人才，有成為該領(lǐng)域?qū)W術(shù)或技術(shù)帶頭人的發(fā)展?jié)摿Α?
“青年千人計劃”申報者中，對博士在讀期間已取得突出研究成果的應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生，或其他有突出成績的申報人，可突破年齡、任職年限等限制，破格申報。
三、相關(guān)待遇
(一)創(chuàng)新人才長期項目
1.科研啟動經(jīng)費：由廣東省下?lián)芸蒲袉咏?jīng)費100萬元人民幣，學校和醫(yī)院根據(jù)實際情況提供800-1000萬元人民幣。
2.安家費/一次性生活補助：中央財政給予一次性補助100萬元人民幣，廣東省給予50萬元人民幣。醫(yī)院提供不超過100萬元人民幣。
3.薪酬福利：醫(yī)院推行高層次人才年薪制薪酬方案，薪酬結(jié)構(gòu)包括起點年薪(80-120萬元人民幣)+目標績效。另有社會保險、醫(yī)療、假期等方面的福利待遇。

sun yat-sen memorial hospital, sysu, also called the second affiliated hospital of sun yat-sen university (sysu), was originally founded in 1835 as an eye clinic by the american missionary named dr. peter parker. it is the first hospital in china that provided western medical service and the primary place where dr. sun yat-sen, the great revolutionary forerunner, studied medicine and later pursued the path to build a democratic nation. with an exciting period of growth and expansion for about 180 years, the hospital has developed into one of china’s top teaching hospitals, famous for its medical service, education, research and health care.
